Fixed Fees
At Castro Legal, we offer affordable and transparent fixed professional fees for many areas of law that we service. Any work that we undertake that is out of our scope will incur an additional fee. Disbursement charges (non-professional solicitor fees) are in addition to our fees.
Once we receive your initial instructions, we will provide you with an estimate of the final costs so there are no unexpected surprises.

You will be liable to pay for disbursements including but not limited to property searches and enquiries. Once we receive your instructions will provide you with an estimate of the final fee.
*All Contract reviews have a turn around time of up to 2 business days. If you require the Contract to be reviewed less than 2 business days, we will charge an urgent Contract review fee in addition to the Contract review fee.
The Contract review fee will be credited towards the final fixed fee if you proceed to purchasing the property.
