You will be liable to pay for disbursements including but not limited to property searches and enquiries. Once we receive your instructions will provide you with an estimate of the final fee.
*All Contract reviews have a turn around time of up to 48 hours. If you require the Contract to be reviewed less than 24 hours, we will charge an urgent Contract review fee in addition to the Contract review fee.
The Contract review fee will be credited towards the final fixed fee if you proceed to purchasing the property.
